Hey y'all,
When we were studying rocks, we made Stone Soup. The kids helped along the way. The final product was one delicious soup!
Molly peeled the carrots.
Carrots are pretty!
Three stones, just like the story says.
Adding the carrots. Colin helped me chop them.
The cabbage. Molly loved the cabbage. She kept sneaking pieces of it to eat.
Giving it a little stir.
The potatoes.
The beef.
The barley.
The milk.
Stone Soup
Molly really enjoyed it. I liked it too. I think Stone Soup may become an annual tradition at out house!
