Soccer

Hey y'all,

Last week Molly started soccer.  She LOVED it!  Her first practice went really well and left her wanting more.  When rain threatened to cancel her first game, our sweet girl prayed her heart out that it wouldn't rain. It was really fun to watch her having so much fun!

Molly's coach, Coach Jason, is great!  He encouraged Colin to play around too.

Well, she had so much fun at practice ("It was better than great, Mom!") that the next day, my girly-girl, in her dress, got her cleats on and was outside practicing as soon as she could!

Aww, my baby girl got to start the game! 

She really does have a lot of potential.

She was a hustler.

And didn't shy away.

She is so tall!  I was struck by the fact that she is about a head taller than all the boys.  

We had a spill and got dirty.  For a few seconds, I thought she was going to be upset and not want to finish, but that's not our girl!  She's tough and got up and brushed it off.

And, she made me so proud when I saw that she was cheering on her team when it was her turn to sit out.  

In the end, both teams had fun.  Molly is excited to keep playing.  And, she wants to know when y'all are coming down to see her play!
