Springville Park

Hey y'all,

Last week, we met friends of ours at a park in Springville.  The playground was a lot of fun, but with the extreme heat, the creek was the main attraction.  We spent a long time wading in the creek, cooling off.

Next time we will take water shoes and I will probably have Colin wear his swim trunks like the other boys did.  And, yes, the sign says "watch for snakes."  We watched, but I felt no worries.  The water was crystal clear and we stayed well away from the brush-y side of the creek.

Miss Molly

What a boy!  Happy to have rocks in his hands and water on his toes.

There was a brigde and a waterfall a little down the way. All the kids had fun throwing rocks from the bridge.

Wet bottoms!!

It was so hot!  Molly was dying for a drink.  I love this picture!!

We will definitely head to this park again sometime.  It was fun and even though the air was VERY hot, we didn't seem to mind as long as our toes were in the ice cold water.

Until next time...
