Christmas

Hey all,
Here are a few (or more) pictures from Christmas. I tried not to take as many pictures this Christmas, but this just scratches the surface. :) Since most of you that read the blog were where these pictures were taken, this post may not be as exciting as others, but I hope you enjoy anyway!

Here, Jessica was trying to open Colin's new fire truck. Colin and Drew were so excited to play with it though, that she could hardly get it out. She was so patient though! Thanks Jess!

This is Caroline. She is the sweetest little girl. She was so happy and quiet the whole evening. Not to mention she smiled at me and giggled for me, so I was smitten! :)

Here are my lovely boys.

This is one silly girl. I am amazed every time I get a picture like this at what a poser she is, however, I am not really sure why I am surprised. I am pretty much a poser myself.

Kelly definitely hit the jackpot this Christmas. She got an ipod nano, The Office desk calendar, and let's not forget the best.... a pink Alabama sweatshirt!

At least I can say that he felt this way before we moved!

We got Bonnie several VERY random cards for Christmas. There is a story here, but I won't bore you with the details. Just know that there was laughter until tears here!

This is Molly excited about the addition of presents under Grandma McCann's tree.

We forgot the kids church clothes at home, so we were extra thankful for Ben and Elizabeth's gift to the kids this year. Don't they look so nice?

I would like to introduce you to Mr. Benjamin Yoder... I just wish Michael Jones had been there for that!

We had a fantastic reunion at Mom's with the Marsh side. I think we counted 30 people there for dinner. It was crowded, but a lot of fun!

Molly loves her new robe despite what this picture might tell you! Actually, when we got home, she wore it practically all day the next day!

Dad got a tool set from my brothers and their families. I think the kids all loved it as much as dad! Colin wanted to play!

Sorry Jill, I just had to! You take THE BEST pictures!!! This is just one of the funny faces I got.

This may be the best gift this year! Sam got this mat for Grandpa. I just wonder if Sam will still be allowed to live with him????
Abigail organized a play of the Christmas story with our family. It was awesome! Here Mary, played by Abigail, Joseph, played by Sam and the donkey, played by dad were headed to Bethlehem.

Rachael played the star that led the wise men to Jesus as well as the shepherds. She shone over the manger very well!

Michael, the kids and I got Johnny and Jackson a Cars tent. We, of course, had to put it up right away. The kids had a blast playing in it.

Here are the cousins opening the gift. Johnny was so funny... when he first saw it, he looked at me and asked, "Is dat for me?" When I told him yes, he replied, "Oh, dreat!"
So, here is a glimpse of our Christmas. Even with the sadness we all felt, we were really blessed to have a fantastic time full of family fun and celebrating the birth of Christ!
Until next time...

I did make out good... hear I am - sitting at work, listening to song one of 1864... with lots of room to spare. Oh how I love my ipod! :) Not to mention my office calender --- AND I picked up some "the office" mugs. I am using the "EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR" right now, but have a spare "I <3 JIM" when this one is dirty... I'm only slightly obsessive! :)

I don't want to sound full of myself, but my butt looks good in that picture of Molly in her robe.
