Memories

Hey y'all,

It was a beautiful day today.  I was working in the garage almost all day getting a big donation together.  The kids played outside and helped me.  By the afternoon, they were a little bored and a little tired.  They decided to get out chairs and sit in the sun, on the driveway.  I came out to help Colin unfold his car.  Once he sat down, I was struck by a memory.  I felt like I was looking at mini Margie and Jack.  Margie and Jack were Michael's great aunt and uncle.  They would sit outside on their driveway any evening it was warm enough.  When we lived near them, we would often take walks down to their house and sit with them.  They loved Michael dearly and loved our kids too.  Margie only got to meet Molly, but she was smitten and I am sure she would have loved Colin just as much.  I am so thankful that I got to know both of them.  It definitely put at a smile on my face to be reminded of them today.
