November

Hey y'all,

Ahh November...  It really flew by.  And, it was an interesting month.  Here is our November in pictures.

We had hail.  The kids were pretty enamored by it.

On Veteran's Day, we went to a patriotic concert put on by the Alabama Symphony Orchestra.  It was held at the Museum of Southern Flight.

Before the concert, we were able to tour the museum.

Colin loves all the different planes.
The concert was very good too.

Molly got her hair cut.  She loves it short.  And, I have to admit, it really looks better short.  It doesn't want to grow much past her shoulders.  :(  There goes my dreams of having a little girl with braids down her back.

We made a Thanksgiving craft one day with friends.  Cute, huh?

I had a yard sale with a friend.  It was my first.  I think I did pretty well too.

This is, "Happy Thanksgiving! I am so thankful for you!"

We had a sick boy.

We celebrated Grandma McCann's birthday while they were here visiting.  (Her birthday is mid-December.)

We got her an Alabama sweatshirt.

He was really sick!  Bless his heart!  We ended up taking him to urgent care on Thanksgiving Day.

The kids did a project with Grandma McCann.

Concentration...

Major concentration... ;)

The finished project.  Super cute!

Colin had hit his max.  This is probably when he felt the worst.

It's amazing what a little antibiotics will do.  Colin was better in time to cheer on the Buckeyes.  This is a great picture of Colin and Grandma.

Go Bucks!  "We don't give a darn about the whole state of Michigan..."

We decorated for Christmas.

Molly was so excited.  This is the first year the kids have helped with the decorating.  In the past, Michael and I always did it during nap time, so the kids woke up and were surprised.

Molly put on the first ornament.

Colin was ready to help too.

They sure are good little elves.

And we are done!

Lots of little things happened in November.  I hope to do a better job of blogging in December.  It's going to get busy really fast.

Until next time...
